Bam Adebayo is a Most Improved Player Award candidate this year, but as he said to Barry Jackson of Miami Herald, he wants more.

In particular, Adebayo wants to improve his offensive skillset, adding the regular three-point shot to his game.

“That will become a conversation [with Erik Spoelstra] because at the end of the day, he wants me to get better,” the first time All-Star said. “He wants me to be unguardable. He wants me to help this team win. In the future, it will be a conversation we will have.”

This season, Adebayo is averaging 16.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 5 assist and 1.3 blocks shooting 56% from the field and 69% from the foul line.
